Corporate Social Responsibility initiative is very much required to share, care, groom and promote human capital. We work as problem resolver and care their personal and professional career like a family. We are human being and God has created us with love and affection. We have strictly 8 hours working and generally no one allowed working overtime. This flexi working strategy helps employees to schedule their personal and social affair. We accept leave application as an when require for n number of days without any argument and it is honour for employees and they feel like family. Sweeper has got promotion as business development manager; pick up boy has been promoted as accounts manager to example a few. We mean to say there is an ample opportunity for non skilled workers to grow like skilled worker in equal manner.
We respect emotion and talent at all level of hierarchy. We give personal and professional counselling quite often to resolve personal and professional issues. Through this initiative they become more efficient in work place and in personal life. We have adopted annual bonus and gratuity on 5 years.
